Join Susan for an indoor, socially distant slow flow yoga class appropriate for many levels of yoga students. Expect to build some heat, laugh, and lengthen and strengthen key areas of the body through inclusive versions of sun salutations and creative flow sequencing. Postures for bigger bodies and different abilities are always offered, as well as an opening meditation and deep relaxation at the end. This class is appropriate for yoga students who are looking to deepen or expand their practice through a slow yet challenging flow.

A Kids’ Yoga class meets at the same time, so bring your kids ages 5-11 for some family yoga time!

Yoga for Stress Management

Join Susan on Sundays for a stress-reducing mix of yin and restorative yoga styles in a cooler setting, all done on the floor. We use props to engage in long-held, fully supported poses, conscious breathing, and guided mediation in order to calm the nervous system and find deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for yoga practitioners of all sizes and abilities, and first-time students are welcome.

PROTOCOLS FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES

We practice with HEPA air purifiers on and doors open when possible. Only 8 slots are available for in-person practice, so be sure to register in advance. Most in-person classes are simultaneously livestreamed on Zoom, so you are also welcome to join us from home!

Please observe the following protocols for in-person practice:

  • wear a mask until you are settled on your mat

  • stagger mats 6 feet apart (or more if there is room)

  • BYO props (a blanket and 2 yoga blocks are great but not mandatory)

  • stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, or fatigue
